Cooking is second nature to Hubert: For centuries, the Gatterer Family has been in the hospitality business, and has been operating an inn and farm since 1606. Hubert is the guardian of this culinary tradition handed down for generations, and has enhanced it with modern knowledge to whip up his special South Tyrolean creations.
