Arrival and Departure
On the day of your arrival, your room will be ready for you from 3:00 p.m. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10:30 a.m. Depending on availability, you may enjoy your room until 6:00 p.m. for a surcharge of €90.

 Booking terms and conditions
Please book online or by telephone. Phone bookings must be confirmed in writing. For a binding reservation we request a deposit per room via bank transfer.

 Pets
We love animals! Your pets are warmly welcome in all our room categories, except Penthouse Suite, Penthouse Family Suite and Loft Suite. Please inform us when making your inquiry if you plan to bring your pet. Pet stays cost € 25.00 per day (without food). Further information can be found at holidays with dogs.
We reserve the right to charge an additional final cleaning fee of €50.00 and to use your dog liability insurance in case of damage to furnishings.

 Non-smoking
Our hotel is a non-smoking establishment. You are welcome to smoke on the balcony.

Cancellation policy
Cancellations are only accepted in written form.

Relaxed cancellation policy
 Booking without risk: In case there is an official travel warning for your booked period issued by your Foreign Affairs Bureau for South Tyrol or a governmental quarantine order for returning travellers from South Tyrol, a cancellation up to 24 hours before arrival is free of charge. There are no cancellation fees and the deposit already paid will be refunded in full.
If none of these circumstances apply, the following cancellation conditions apply:

For all cancellations (regardless of the reason for cancellation) the following cancellation conditions apply:
Cancellations up to 31 days before departure: free of charge. The deposit paid will be refunded.
Cancellations 30 days to 15 days prior to arrival: The deposit will be retained.
Cancellations 14 days or more before arrival: 90% of the booking value will be charged.
In case of later arrival, early departure, cancellation on the day of arrival or no-show the full booking value will be charged.
