For each apartment, a final cleaning fee of Euro 31.oo is due on the day of your departure.
Daily cleaning (excepting kitchen) per day, upon request: Euro 6.oo.
Surcharge for pets (upon request – not including food) per day and animal: Euro 10.oo.
Our guests have free use of the following facilities:
Parking space, gym, table tennis, table soccer, indoor swimming pool, Finnish sauna, hot whirlpool, children's playground, children's playroom, elevator.
In the wintertime: Natural ice-skating rink, complimentary use of curling sticks, toboggan, complimentary ski shuttle bus to Kronplatz / Plan de Corones.
In the summertime: Natural bathing pool, multi-functional playing field for ball games, terrace, large English garden, sunbathing area with lounge chairs, complimentary use of tennis rackets and balls.
Complimentary use of the following baby-care equipment:
Children's cot, highchair and changing table, baby bathtub, baby phone, baby buggies, and toilet seats for children all available for use free of charge (please reserve in advance!).

Half-board pension (breakfast and dinner): per person and day: Euro 28.00
Half-board pension for children born between Jan. 1, 1998 and Jan. 1, 2002: Euro 20.00 per day.
Half-board pension for children born between Jan. 1, 2002 and Jan. 1, 2007: Euro 14.00 per day.
