Arrival and Departure
On the day of arrival your rooms and apartments will be available from 3:00 pm. On the day of departure, please vacate your room or apartment by 10:00 am. If available, you are welcome to enjoy your room until 6 pm for an additional charge of €90.
Booking terms and conditions
Please book online or by telephone. Phone bookings must be confirmed in writing. For a binding reservation we request a deposit per room or apartment via bank transfer.

Pets
We love animals! Your pets are warmly welcome in all our room categories, except Penthouse Suite and Penthouse Family Suite. Please let us know if you are bringing your beloved pet. Pet stays cost 25.00 Euro per day excluding food. Further information can be found at

We reserve the right to apply an additional fee for final cleaning in the amount of 50 euro, as well as the right to claim insurance compensation in case of damages.
Non-smoking
Our hotel is a non-smoking establishment. You are welcome to smoke on the balcony.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations are only accepted if submitted in writing.
Relaxed cancellation policy
Booking without risk: In case there is an official travel warning for your booked period issued by your Foreign Affairs Bureau for South Tyrol or a governmental quarantine order for returning travellers from South Tyrol, a cancellation up to 24 hours before arrival is free of charge. There are no cancellation fees and the deposit already paid will be refunded in full.
If none of these circumstances apply, the following cancellation conditions apply:
For all cancellations (regardless of the reason for cancellation) the following cancellation conditions apply:
Cancellations up to 31 days before departure: free of charge. The deposit paid will be refunded.
Cancellations 30 days to 15 days prior to arrival: The deposit will be retained.
Cancellations 14 days or more before arrival: 90% of the booking value will be charged.
In case of later arrival, early departure, cancellation on the day of arrival or no-show the full booking value will be charged.
If you have already booked your stay and have booked an offer with more favourable cancellation conditions, the more favourable conditions for you will of course apply.
Means of payment
You are welcome to pay your bill with cash (up to € 1.999,99), EC-card, Visa or Mastercard.
Room or apartment requests
We are happy to fulfil your wishes, but we ask for your understanding that we cannot guarantee reservations of specific room or apartment numbers.
