Price for pets (upon request in exceptional cases; not including food): Euro 10.00 per day and per animal.
Placing reservations:
Please place your reservations by Internet or, if you reserve by telephone, you should in any case request that you be sent a written confirmation. Additionally, we request that you make an advance payment of Euro 100.00 per room so that we can give you a firm reservation.
Your rooms will be available to you on the day of your arrival, starting at 3:00 p.m. We request that you vacate your rooms on the day of your departure by 10:00 a.m.
Furnishings:
All of our rooms come with: bathtub/shower and WC, phone, room safe, radio, satellite TV, usually with a balcony.
Upon request (surcharge):
- your own fully equipped kitchen connecting with your room: Euro 12.00 per day.
- Surcharge: solarium, treatments in our beauty parlor.
All of our guests have free use of the following facilities and services in our South Tyrolean vacation hotel:
Parking space, gym, table tennis, table soccer, indoor swimming pool, hot whirlpool, sauna, children’s playground, children’s playroom, elevator, baby kitchen open 24 hours a day
In the wintertime: Natural bathing pool, complimentary use of curling sticks, toboggan, complimentary ski shuttle bus to the Kronplatz / Plan de Corones.
In the spring: Natural bathing pool, tennis court with artificial surface, multi-functional sports field for ball games, large English garden and terrace, sunbathing area with lounge chairs, complimentary use of tennis rackets and balls.
Complimentary use of the following baby-care equipment:
Children's cot, highchair and changing table, baby bathtub, baby phone, baby buggies, and toilet seats for children all available for use free of charge (please reserve in advance!)
